Rob Bowley is an accomplished product & technology leader with over 25 years of experience, including over 15 years in senior leadership roles (CTO/CPTO or equivalent). He's worked across startups, scale-ups, and large enterprises (including Co-op and MONY Group PLC), leading technology teams from 4 to 200 people. Based in Manchester, Rob currently works as a strategic advisor and consultant, specialising in product, technology, and operations leadership. He primarily supports startups, scale-ups, and SMEs in the North West, while also assisting investors with technical due diligence and related activities. Beyond his advisory work, Rob is deeply engaged in the tech community. He serves on Manchester City Council’s Digital Advisory Board, coaches founders on accelerator programmes like Baltic Ventures, and co-organises the CTO Craft Manchester mixer.
