Lizzy joined the British Business Bank (BBB) in 2018, originally into its Policy team with a focus on regional funding programmes. In 2022 Lizzy joined the team responsible for the design, launch and management of the Nations and Regions Investment Funds (NRIF), a £1.6bn suite of funds supporting the growth of smaller businesses across the UK and has a specific focus on funds operating in Yorkshire & Humber and the South West. Lizzy has a background in public policy and economics, having worked at the Treasury at the outset of her career before joining the Bank.
