Dan is a Partner in the Reward practice at PwC. Daniel has a degree in law and is a qualified solicitor and a chartered tax advisor. Daniel advises on all forms of management incentivisation issues including advising a number of venture and private equity houses and their portfolio companies advising on the design and implementation of their management equity arrangements through the life cycle of the business.
